Recent behaviour counts for more than old behaviour, and serious violations fade far more slowly. You can see every event that moved your own score.

Open a dispute from the exchange or chain it concerns. Settlement freezes, the other member has three days to respond, and a moderator decides on the evidence, citing the Constitution article that applies. Either side may appeal once.
