How Paltaa Works

In Paltaa Chain, members choose each other directly. After both accept, items travel via Steadfast to the private Paltaa Hub with a 72-hour retrade window before final home delivery.

1. 011. Choose what you start with

   Select which of your listed products you want to offer in the Chain.

2. 022. Choose who to exchange with

   Browse products listed in the Paltaa Chain catalogue and send a direct exchange request for the item you want.

3. 033. Both owners approve & pay

   Nothing moves until both participants accept and pay the platform and courier fees.

4. 044. Swap again for three days at Hub

   Steadfast collects the item to the private Paltaa Hub. During the 72-hour window, you can retrade with any other eligible chain item without double delivery charges.

5. 055. Delivered to final destination

   When the 72-hour window closes, Steadfast delivers each Hub item to its final recipient securely.

The three-day timer is for choosing an offer before a deal is accepted. After approval, a House exchange is between two members.

1. 011. Bring it in

   List the item for Paltaa House. It is checked and photographed so every bidder sees the same thing.

2. 022. Members offer items

   While the timer runs, anyone can offer one of their own listings in exchange.

3. 033. Pick one offer

   When the timer ends you choose the offer you want. Everyone who offered is notified.

4. 044. Hand over safely

   Both members approve the delivery and shown fees before shipping. Each side pays their own courier quote plus the ৳20 Paltaa platform fee, then confirms receipt with a one-time code.
