  1. Article 01

    List truthfully

    Describe every product exactly as it is, including faults, missing parts and repairs. Photographs must show the actual item you hold today.

  2. Article 02

    Exchange only what is yours

    You must own the product outright and have the right to transfer it. Borrowed, rented, financed, disputed or stolen goods may not be listed.

    Restricted goods stay off Paltaa

    Weapons, drugs, medicines, live animals, human remains, counterfeit goods, government documents, financial instruments and adult material may never be exchanged.

  4. Article 04

    Keep the agreement you lock

    Once an exchange is locked, the obligations shown on the agreement are binding: deliver the product described, on time, in the stated condition.

  5. Article 05

    A chain depends on everyone

    Accepting a chain commits you to the whole chain, not just your own link. Breaking a locked chain harms every other participant and is treated as a serious violation.

  6. Article 06

    Hand over safely

    Meet in public places or use a Paltaa Counter or courier. Record the handover code and proof. Never share your one-time codes with anyone.

  7. Article 07

    Treat members with respect

    Harassment, threats, discrimination and abusive conduct end an account. Paltaa has no chat; feedback and reports must still stay factual and civil.

  8. Article 08

    No fraud, ever

    Fake listings, shill bidding, collusion in auctions or Battles, payment fraud, and impersonation lead to a permanent ban and, where the law requires, referral to the authorities.

  9. Article 09

    Do not damage what you received

    Deliberately damaging a product before handover, or during a chain, breaks the exchange for everyone downstream and is compensated from the responsible member.

  10. Article 10

    No third-party interference

    Do not take an agreed exchange off the platform, pressure another member outside Paltaa, or use another person to bid or trade on your behalf.

    Age and guardianship

    Members under 18 trade only with a verified guardian linked to their account, and only in categories permitted for their age.

  12. Article 12

    Paltaa Coin is not money

    Paltaa Coin is internal platform credit for features and rewards. It is not a currency or an investment, it carries no cash value, and it cannot be withdrawn or traded outside Paltaa.

    Evidence, decisions and appeal

    Moderation decisions are based on the evidence attached to a report or dispute. Every decision states its reason, and every member may appeal once.
